Amazing work! After my cat peed on the carpets and all my efforts failed to get the smell out I could not let my son crawl on them. I called Rogers and had him come out. My carpets look and feel awesome now and the smell is not only gone but my cant hasn’t peed on them since. I can’t recommend them enough!

Gavin Rogers did a great job cleaning our carpet and the upholstery on our living room couch and chair. He was so pleasant to deal with and wanted to be sure we were satisfied with his work. Everything looked great when he was finished. If you need carpet cleaning, do give him a call. We also had a wool area rug we wanted cleaned which he was able to pick up and take to a shop that will clean it and he will then return it to us for a very reasonable charge. WE will definitely call Rogers Carpet Cleaning when we are ready for our next cleaning.
We cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are with our carpet cleaning today. We have two large dogs and two children and all of our carpets in our rooms and staircases look brand new! Everyone was very professional and helpful, from scheduling to our technician. They communicated clearly and concisely through email and text message. We even received an exact time of departure and expected arrival time (as well as the name) of our technician. We would definitely recommend their company to our friends and family for future needs. We will definitely be doing all of our carpet care needs through Rogers. Thank you again. We were very impressed and are very happy customers.
Kara, Gavin and their employees are great to work with. They are responsive and have a smooth, professional process. And they do a great job cleaning! Doing a good job is awesome but how you handle things when something goes wrong is the true testament of a business. We had a little issue, which Gavin pointed out before it was noticed and then efficiently took steps to figure how to fix the problem and make it right. They get 10 Stars in my book!
